What else can I say but WOW!!!!!!! Our artessence scOUTed Models for the class of 2013 are not only a joy to photograph (ya think?) but they are such a pleasure to be around. The images you see here are just a few from each of their mini photo shoot and we are thrilled to be doing more shoots with them starting next week! Prom dresses will be in full swing and we have a few custom locations (football fields; antique trucks; Botanical Gardens; Baird’s Creek) and our newest line of Safari Photo Shoots that will be the most unique look offered in the area! The “Vintage Easter” limited edition session is an artistic rendition of when parents took their children to get photographs before heading off to church in the outfits that were proudly handmade by mom. Times may have changed, but we are bringing this tradition back with style here at artessence. Mom you are not obligated to sew the outfits for this session, may we suggest Gap, Old Navy or Kohl’s. Greens and Browns work great for the set we will be using, see the samples below.
Vintage Easter is only available for a limited time, once a year from March 15th-26th. The images from this session make gorgeous Easter gifts, canvas art prints and cards. Guaranteed in time for Easter.
The session and artists choice 11×14 print is only $68.00 per child.

Our second limited edition of the year was also a huge success. We brought the outdoors inside for a frosty, snowy winter effect. Ironically it actually snowed outside everyday we had a shoot. One if the days we were working on post process effects, we were joking that next year we should have a “hawaii” inspired limited edition instead!! All joking aside, we had a great time with the sessions and it really got me in the Christmas spirit early this year.

It’s that time of year again…when the weather warms up the weddings start to pick up! I had a great start this year with Andy & Shannon…an incredibly dashing couple who melt when they look into each other’s eyes! Speaking of “melting”; Shannon was so passionately into the images we were creating of the two of them that she was melting my lens! I hope you enjoy a few of the teasers I have posted here.
