What else can I say but WOW!!!!!!! Our artessence scOUTed Models for the class of 2013 are not only a joy to photograph (ya think?) but they are such a pleasure to be around. The images you see here are just a few from each of their mini photo shoot and we are thrilled to be doing more shoots with them starting next week! Prom dresses will be in full swing and we have a few custom locations (football fields; antique trucks; Botanical Gardens; Baird’s Creek) and our newest line of Safari Photo Shoots that will be the most unique look offered in the area! I was contacted by this past senior client to photograph her one week before she was scheduled to deliver her first baby. Having done her senior portraits I knew her to want unique images that had a very fashion-inspired look to them so I knew she wanted nothing less for this photo shoot as well. We were blessed with incredible weather in March and so we were drawn to do these outdoor…helping me to create some fine art images for her in the outdoor where my heart without a doubt belongs! Today I found out from her that she did deliver just last week and both baby girl and mom are doing just great!

It’s that time of year again…when the weather warms up the weddings start to pick up! I had a great start this year with Andy & Shannon…an incredibly dashing couple who melt when they look into each other’s eyes! Speaking of “melting”; Shannon was so passionately into the images we were creating of the two of them that she was melting my lens! I hope you enjoy a few of the teasers I have posted here. So here it is…only a couple of years after Allie came to us for senior portraits and she’s back for another photo shoot. This time she was in need of a very different session as she took the title of “Miss Wisconsin Galaxy” last month. We wanted to say CONGRATS Allie! Funny thing is I saw her the Saturday before she competed and she was excited to share the news that in two days she was going to be in her very first pageant. She said she was nervous and as always I had some words of advice. I told her to watch “Miss Congeniality” over the weekend. Well she told me later that she did; she won the title AND she took the award for Miss Congeniality!!! I’m no judge but I have known Allie for years and I can say I know why she won!!! She’s a beautiful girl full of love and life and looks at what she does in a very positive Christian manner…and as you can see, she’s beautiful on the outside too! Way to go Allie!
